When I'm cooking and need to finely chop some onion, tomato, herbs, etc. I use one of the best investments any kitchen can have! I am not talking about a food processor, I'm talking about my double mezzaluna knife from Williams Sonoma! it is the best of the best! I'm so happy to have purchased it when we first got married and I used practically everyday.

The way it works is you place one hand on each handle and cut as if it were a rocking movement. It wonderful and time saving! :D
