1/2 yellow onion
1 tbsp of Cajun Creole seasoning
2 Medium sized lemons
Slice the onion and lemons in half inch slices.
Season Salmon or Trout with Cajun Creole Seasoning on both sides.
- On a skillet spray with non-stick cooking spray and place each slice (separated) of the onion with a slice of lemon in the middle.
- Place Fish Fillet on top of the layer of onions and lemons.
- Cover fish with the rest of the onion slices and lemon slices.
- Let cook at med-low heat covered.
You can serve it with steamed rice and steamed asparagus. Here is a picture of ours.
